Dental Patient Information – Deer Park, TX

Giving You Info
You Need to Know

Dental visits may not be your favorite thing to do, but that doesn’t mean you have to suffer through them. Whether you’ve been a patient with us for years or it’s your first time visiting us, we want to make sure that your experience with us is as productive and efficient as possible. That’s why we’re providing the information below. Please take a few minutes to read it and use it to prepare for your appointment, so we can get you in, out, and on your way.

Your First Visit

Are you coming to our dental office in Deer Park for the first time? Welcome! We ask that you arrive about 15 minutes early to complete your paperwork. When we’re all set, Carolyn will call you back and get to know you a little bit better as she takes your blood pressure and X-rays. Then, Dr. Mosley will come, talk with you about your goals, examine your mouth, and discuss your treatment options. If necessary, we’ll perform a dental cleaning and schedule future appointments.

Dental Insurance

If you have dental insurance as part of your employment benefits, we invite you to bring that information with you to your appointment, we are in-network with Sun Life Financial and we accept all PPO plans. Our team knows all the ins and outs of insurance and can file claims on your behalf, helping you save money on your dental care. We can even provide you with guidance for maximizing your benefits and getting the most out of your coverage.

Dental Financing

For some patients, out-of-pocket dental costs can be a little too high to pay all at once. The good news is that we work with a trusted third-party financing company that offers low monthly payments at a reasonable interest rate. As a result, any procedure can more easily fit in your budget without giving you stress or burning a hole in your pocket. Now that’s a good reason to smile!
